During the 2021-2022 school year we will dismiss early on every Friday. School will end at 1:50 pm each Friday. Buses will run accordingly.
A note to our Lion families:
Please do not drive down or park on Madison Avenue (the street on the east side of the building) during school hours.
In the morning & afternoon, that street is where our bus lines are. Students are crossing the street & boarding buses. If the buses have their red lights flashing and their stop signs out you are not allowed to pass around them. During the day students are often crossing that street.
Drop off time for students arriving with families begins at 7:30. Pick up time starts at 3:20. If you need to drop off or pick up an elementary school student, please use the parking lot off of Center Avenue on the west side of the building. If you are dropping off a preschool student, please use the parking lot on the north side of the Early Childhood Center. If you need to come to either building during the day, please follow the same procedure.
Thank you for helping keep our students safe.
Tomorrow we'll celebrate our first We Are Family Friday!
New students and staff will be sorted into Dens. (Kindergarten will be sorted later!)
Please wear your Den shirt or your Den colors. We want to show our DEN PRIDE.
This year Morrill Elementary will dismiss at 3:20 Monday-Thursday.
Friday is an early dismissal at 1:50.
Please give the office suitable notice if your after school plans change!

Additionally, the Morrill Elementary Student Leadership Team, several high school football players, Mr. Lofink, and Mr. Derr's custodial and maintenance crew helped bring this project to life.
A big thank you also goes out to Mr. Jeremiah Gardner, who lent his expertise in supervision in the preparation and painting of the field goal posts.
